With more than 26 years of experience in luxury events and destination management, Elsa Doriana Briguglio founded Eventia to introduce a more thoughtful and design-led approach to exceptional experiences across the Mediterranean.
Former President of the SITE Italy Chapter, she is widely respected within the international incentive travel community. A passionate wine enthusiast, professional sommelier and WSET-certified expert, Elsa — known to friends and colleagues simply as Doriana — brings a distinctive appreciation for culture, hospitality and the art of creating meaningful experiences.
Her deep appreciation for Mediterranean wine culture continues to inspire many of the sensory and cultural elements that shape Eventia’s experiences.

Eventia operates as a boutique destination management company, supported by a trusted network of producers, designers and long-standing local partners across Malta, Sicily and Italy.
